Deposits & Cancellation Policy

For any new aesthetic appointment booked with Dr. Nora Phillips, you are required to put down a $100 Deposit at time of booking, which goes towards the cost of treatment of that confirmed appointment. Any balance remaining will be paid for at time of treatment. Should you need to cancel or move the confirmed booking within 24 hours (or 1 business day), you will forfeit the $100 Deposit as your Cancellation Fee.

 

For any established aesthetics appointment booked with Dr. Nora Phillps, you will automatically be charged a $100 Cancellation Fee if you move or cancel your confirmed treatment appointment within 24 hours (or 1 business day).

 

The Deposit & Cancellation Policies are valid for both individual treatment bookings, as well as treatment package bookings.
